If you set-up an account with me, you can put me on your 'Windows Live Messanger' or speed dial. I am here for my clients almost all the time. Even when I am on vacation, I take a laptop along so never out of touch for long stretchs of time.
If you have a maintainance contract, I even give you a my private world cel phone number.
